 These two tools — Google Docs and Google Sheets — are useful tools we use to help us work better together and stay organized. It also lets users leave comments, suggest changes, and see older versions of the document. This helps everyone share ideas and make the work better step by step.

Google Sheets is an online spreadsheet tool used to organize and look at information. It’s helpful for making charts, lists, schedules, or keeping track of numbers, like in a budget or a project plan. Just like Google Docs, many people can work on a sheet at the same time, which saves time and keeps everyone on the same page. You can also use simple tools to highlight important things or check for mistakes in the data.

Both Google Docs and Google Sheets are easy to use and work on any device with internet. They help people build and manage their work together, making them great tools for school, work, and everyday projects.

This screenshot shows how my family members stay connected, even though we live in different parts of Bhutan. My mother’s younger sister lives in Shingkhar Lauri, Samdrup Jongkhar, which is in the southeast. Her younger brother lives in Zhemgang, which is in the central part of the country. My parents live in Tongzhang, Trashiyangtse in the east, and I live in Paro in the west. Even though we are all far apart, we stay in touch through Messenger, a communication app.  Messenger helps us talk to each other every day. We share what we did during the day, how we’re feeling, and anything interesting that happened. It feels like we are still close, even though we are far away. We also send each other pictures, voice messages, and videos, which makes it even more fun and personal.  One of our favorite things to do is video calling.
